I just made my first from scratch experimental meal.

1 lb. boneless chicken
1/4 lb. mushrooms
1/4 lb. spinach
1 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. pesto

Over ricotta with Parmesan.
